Job Summary

IT Empire is looking for a creative and skilled Copywriter to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong English writing skills and the ability to create engaging, persuasive, and conversion-focused copy for digital marketing, advertising, social media, websites, and sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and persuasive copy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling headlines, hooks, CTAs, ad copy, sales copy, and promotional content.
• Write content for landing pages, product/service pages, emails, and WhatsApp marketing.
• Understand the target audience, customer pain points, and brand voice.
• Conduct research on competitors, industries, products, and target audiences.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Design teams.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Develop multiple copy variations for different campaigns and audiences.
• Use AI writing tools such as ChatGPT to assist with research, ideation, and content development while maintaining originality and quality.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple writing projects.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional copywriting or content writing experience.
• Excellent command of written English.
• Strong understanding of persuasive and sales-oriented writing.
• Experience writing social media, advertising, website, and marketing copy.
• Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand customer psychology and write for different audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Portfolio or previous writing samples are preferred.
