We’re looking for a creative, research-driven Copywriter with 1–2 years of experience who understands customer psychology and can write compelling copy for performance marketing, websites, landing pages, and brand communication.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Write conversion-focused ad copy for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Develop persuasive landing page copy that turns visitors into enquiries and customers.
• Write SEO-optimised blogs, website content, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with designers and performance marketers to develop creative concepts, campaign messaging, and ad angles.
• Research target audiences, customer pain points, buying behaviour, competitors, and industry trends.
• Adapt your writing style and tone to suit different brands, industries, and customer segments.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Contribute fresh ideas for brand positioning, campaign ideation, and marketing communication.
• Use campaign insights and performance feedback to improve messaging and copy effectiveness.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• A strong understanding of customer psychology, buying motivations, and persuasive messaging.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
• Experience writing for digital advertising campaigns, websites, or landing pages.
• The ability to switch between different brand voices, audiences, and industries.
• Strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

⭐ Must-Haves

• Previous experience working with an advertising, marketing, or digital marketing agency.
• Exposure to campaign ideation, creative strategy, or brand communication.
• A portfolio demonstrating your writing skills and versatility.
• The ability to explain why a particular message or headline should work for a specific audience.
