Responsibilities

• Craft a wide range of engaging content, including website narratives, social media copy, scripts, and promotional materials (ATL/BTL)
• Develop clear, user-centric copy for digital products, focusing on micro-copy, interface labels, and onboarding flows to enhance the customer journey
• Participate in all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming to conceptual development, to contribute to campaign strategy
• Manage the copywriting workflow for multiple projects, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and adherence to deadlines
• Work closely with the Design, UX, and SEO teams to build cohesive and effective products
• Research target audiences to inform content strategies that increase resonance and drive brand awareness.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of copywriting experience in a digital agency, tech company, or in-house marketing team is highly preferred
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX writing, website copy, and content strategy is essential
• Exceptional command of English and Traditional Chinese (writing, editing, and proofreading); working knowledge of Simplified Chinese will be a plus
• Well-organised, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good presentation skills; able to present work and ideas fluently in Cantonese and English to clients and internal teams
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital media best practices will be a significant advantage
