Copywriter

Can you make a technical product sound simple, useful, and worth buying?

Synchronicity Select sells a wide range of products, from technical and scientific supplies to drafting tools, art materials, tools, electronics, home products, and everyday consumer goods. That means our Copywriter can’t just be good at writing. They need to be curious about products and curious about people.

We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving Copywriter who can take a product they’ve never seen before, understand what it does, figure out who actually needs it, and turn that information into copy that makes sense to both humans and machines.

You’ll support copywriting across our entire product catalog, while also becoming the go-to copywriter for one focused product category. In that category, you’ll go deeper: learning the products, terminology, customers, competitors, search behavior, and buying decisions well enough to become an internal expert.

AI is a major part of how we work, but we don’t want someone who simply asks AI to "write a description." We want someone who knows how to research, prompt, challenge, fact-check, edit, and improve AI output until the final copy is genuinely useful and sounds like it came from someone who understands the product.

The goal is simple: help customers understand what a product is, why they might need it, and why they should choose ours.
