About the role

Twin Rams Media is seeking a talented and culturally aware Copywriter based in Mindanao to join the growing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled wordsmith who can craft compelling content in English, Filipino, Tausug, and Maranao — helping connect authentically with local audiences across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Develop content tailored to Mindanao audiences in English, Filipino, Tausug, and Maranao
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to produce content aligned with client goals
• Maintain consistency in brand voice across multiple client accounts
• Research topics thoroughly and translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging content
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, quality, and cultural sensitivity
• Manage multiple content deliverables and meet deadlines consistently
• Stay updated on local trends, cultural nuances, and audience preferences in Mindanao

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in copywriting or content creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
• Proficient in speaking and writing in Tausug and Maranao — required
• Deep understanding of Mindanao culture, traditions, and local audience behavior
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in digital marketing or an agency setting is an advantage
• Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices is a bonus
