• Analyze and deeply understand target audience personas before drafting copy.
• Support various stages of the creative and research workflows to deliver a consistent, polished end product.

Must Haves Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of copywriting and creative direction experience within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Experience writing or working within specialized sectors (e.g., healthcare, marketing, or technology) is advantageous.
• Strong communication, research, and typing abilities.
• High level of creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation.
• Sharp ability to comprehend project briefs and target audience dynamics.
• Openness and adaptability to editorial feedback.
• Proven reliability in meeting tight deadlines.
