About the Role:

Yadom Life is a Gen-Z, made-in-India take on the classic bazaar herbal inhaler - "Open. Inhale. Reset." We're an early-stage, founder-led D2C wellness brand with real traction and almost no content infrastructure yet: one video editor, a founder who's willing to be on camera, and a growing product line under a "Reset" platform.

We're hiring the copywriter who turns ideas into words into scripts, captions, series concepts, the whole voice of the brand - not someone who polishes what's already been decided.

You'll write for a founder-led channel that leans on honesty and humour, not polish, and for a product line where the copy has to earn attention fast and never get a fact wrong.

What You'll Actually Do

• Write scripts for founder-to-camera videos, office-skit content, and UGC/ creator briefs - the kind that need a hook in the first three seconds and a reason to watch till the end.
• Own the caption, carousel and static-post copy across Instagram - including translating product facts (ingredients, mechanism, usage) into copy that's accurate and doesn't read like a label.
• Build out recurring content formats the page can run week after week, not one-off ideas - named series with their own identity, not random posts.
• Pitch and shape ideas from a rough thought ("we should do something about X") to a shootable script, without needing it handed to you fully formed.
• Keep a zero-tolerance bar on spellings, numbers and factual claims - this is a wellness brand; sloppy copy is a trust problem, not just a typo.
• Work directly with the founder and video editor - fast iteration, rea feedback, no committee.

You're a Strong Fit If You

• Have 2-5 years experience of writing for D2C, wellness, or founder-led/personal brands - you understand the difference between brand-safe copy and copy that actually gets watched.
• Can write in more than one register: funny/relatable (skits, trends) and credible/informative (ingredient education, mechanism explainers) and know which one a given idea needs.
• Think in formats and series, not just individual posts.
• Have a portfolio of actual scripts/ captions you've written (not just strategy decks) - we want to see your words, not vour slides.
• Are comfortable being edited fast and iterating in-person.

Good to Have, Not Required:

• Experience writing for a founder who's on camera personally.
• Familiarity with Indian D2C wellness/ beauty space.
• A point of view on Instagram formats - reels pacing, hook writing comment-bait mechanics.

Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Work from Office)

Compensation: Upto ₹8 LPA, based on experience.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
