Available vacancy in our Vilnius office: Copywriter

Responsibilities:

• Product Naming: Collaborating with product teams to name new devices and technologies, ensuring they resonate with a global market.
• Launch Campaigns: Writing high-impact copy for major product launches across online and offline media.
• Multi-channel Execution: Developing high-converting ad copy for Meta and Google, as well as short-form website copy for landing pages.
• Content Creation: Writing engaging organic social media copy and long-form content (articles, press releases, etc.) to build brand authority.
• Retention Marketing: Crafting compelling email copy for newsletters and automated flows to nurture contacts.
• Offline Materials: Taking care of copy on physical materials, including event booths, brochures, and international exhibition displays.
• Lifecycle Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, design, sales, and R&D teams to ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment from development to delivery.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting or product marketing with a portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical depth.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex optical technology into clear, compelling product stories.
• Digital Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to research, iterate, and optimize your writing workflow.
• Versatility: Experience writing for diverse channels: from "stop the scroll" social ads to detailed long-form articles.
• Bilingual Excellence: Native-like skills writing in English and in Lithuanian.
• Soft Skills: Strong focus, attention to detail, and excellent time management.

It’s a plus, if you have

• Experience in related sectors, especially in optics, thermal imaging, hunting, or birdwatching.
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. German, Polish, French).
• Ability to objectively reason about copy choices with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with copy performance analytics.
• Hands-on experience with advertising or email marketing platforms, WordPress.

• Salary from 2800 to 3800 EUR (with monthly bonus included) before taxes.
