Copywriter

Responsibilities

• Write crisp, compelling, and conversion-focused copy across platforms (Website banners, landing pages, emailers, push notifications, paid ads, social media, product pages)
• Craft strong hooks and messaging frameworks for campaigns, launches, and sales moments
• Write high-performing Meta & Google ad copies with an understanding of platform nuances
• Develop long-form content, including SEO blogs, brand storytelling pieces, and educational content
• Collaborate closely with designers, performance marketers, and social media teams to ensure message clarity and visual alignment
• Translate campaign objectives into persuasive messaging tailored to audience segments
• Maintain consistency of brand tone across all touchpoints
• Continuously test and optimize copy based on performance data (CTR, CVR, scroll depth, retention)
• Ideate organic social media campaigns with strong narrative angles
• Conduct basic keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into content

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on copywriting experience (D2C preferred)
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and persuasive writing frameworks
• Ability to balance creativity with structured execution and performance tracking
• Experience writing across short-form and long-form formats
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and basic SEO principles
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Portfolio showcasing a mix of ad copy, landing pages, emailers, and social content
