Ltd. is a real estate company in Odisha offering residential and commercial properties, including plots, duplexes, simplex houses, and apartments, across Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, and other districts. The company provides property consultation, project development, and post-sale support, with 100+ completed and 50+ ongoing projects.

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Copywriter to create compelling written content for property listings, campaigns, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, engaging property descriptions for listings and project pages.
• Create SEO-friendly blogs and articles relevant to property buyers and investors.
• Write landing page content, ad copy, and email / WhatsApp campaign copy.
• Develop social media captions, reel scripts, and campaign taglines.
• Proofread and edit all content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
• Work with the SEO, design, and marketing teams to deliver content on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Copywriting or Content Writing.
• Excellent command of English; Hindi and Odia writing skills are an added advantage.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing copywriting.
• A portfolio or writing samples are required for consideration.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Real estate writing experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Professional attitude with problem-solving capability.
