Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter / Scriptwriter who can turn briefs into compelling stories, sharp scripts, and culturally relevant creative. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who understands how to build narratives for the screen — from the first hook and concept to dialogue, pacing, and the final script — while also bringing strong copywriting and campaign thinking to the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead scriptwriting and storytelling for branded films, digital films, Reels, YouTube, creator-led content, and social-first campaigns.
• Develop concepts, narratives, story arcs, hooks, dialogue, treatments, and voiceovers that are creatively strong and visually translatable.
• Turn brand briefs into original campaign ideas and compelling story-led content rooted in audience behaviour, culture, and trends.
• Write strong campaign and digital copy including headlines, taglines, captions, on-screen copy, and brand messaging across platforms.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Production, Directors, Designers, and Account teams to take ideas from concept to execution.
• Develop creative narratives, treatments, references, and pitch content, and confidently present and sell ideas internally and to clients.
• Review and elevate scripts and copy while mentoring junior writers and maintaining a high creative standard across projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, advertising, branded content, digital media, or creative agencies, with strong experience in video-led storytelling.
• Proven ability to take a brief from concept to production-ready script , with a portfolio showcasing strong scripts, storytelling, and branded content.
• Excellent command of narrative, dialogue, visual writing, and creative copy , with the ability to adapt across brands, formats, and audiences.
• Experience collaborating with creative, production, strategy, directors, creators, and brands , with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio is mandatory and should demonstrate a strong mix of scripts, films, digital/social campaigns, and copywriting.
