Copywriter

Experience: 2–3 years, preferably in an advertising agency

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
• Translate client briefs into strategic insights, creative concepts, and compelling copy.
• Write engaging copy for campaigns, social media, digital ads, and brand communication.
• Research audience behaviour, market trends, competitors, and cultural insights.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaign ideas and creative routes.
• Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and tone-of-voice development.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, creative presentations, and strategy documents.
• Analyse campaign performance and derive insights to improve creative effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Basic understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and advertising campaigns.
• A curious mindset with an interest in culture, trends, and consumer behaviour.
• Strong communication, research, and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in an advertising or creative agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
