Job Summary

The Writer is responsible for conceptualizing and executing written content across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can deliver high-quality, brand-aligned copy under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate must translate marketing objectives into persuasive messaging for a variety of target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling copy for multiple formats across social media, digital advertising, video, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative ideas that meet clients’ objectives.
• Maintain brand voice and style guidelines for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Support branding initiatives by creating narratives that reinforce brand identity.
• Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to inform content strategy.
• Understand digital analytics to refine copy and adjust strategies according to content performance.
• Stay up to date on local trends, popular culture, and social media to craft content that maximizes engagement across platforms.
• Proofread all copy before submission and ensure all deliverables are free of errors and adhere to internal and client-specific style guides.
• Collaborate effectively with Accounts, Strategy, and Creative teams to develop integrated campaigns that meet client KPIs.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all copy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of copywriting experience within an agency or corporate marketing environment.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Filipino.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in social media marketing strategies and tools for effective content distribution.
• Excellent copy editing and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of content strategy development and implementation across multiple channels.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus for integrating visual elements with copy.
• Strong research skills to gather insights on target audiences and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
