Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Banking / Core Banking Consultant with 8+ years of experience in the banking and financial services domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in data migration, core banking implementation/rollout, testing, validation, and post-go-live support.

Banking / Financial Services Domain / Core Banking / Data Migration / Data Mapping & Transformation / Data Validation & Reconciliation / SIT / UAT / Defect Management / BAU / Production Support / Strong Analytical & Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of banking business processes and financial terminology.

• Good knowledge of at least 2 banking areas: Trade, CASA, GL, Markets/Treasury, or Payments.

• Experience in data migration from legacy/old systems to new or core banking systems.

• Experience across the complete migration lifecycle, including:

• Data mapping and transformation

• Data validation and reconciliation

• SIT and UAT

• Experience in core banking implementation, upgrade, or rollout is preferred.

• Ability to analyse data discrepancies and coordinate with technical and business teams for resolution.

• Strong understanding of migration testing, data quality, reconciliation, and defect management.

• Ability to work effectively with business users, technology teams, QA teams, ramaproject teams, and implementation partners.
