What they need
- Minimum 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in core banking system implementation, upgrades, or transformations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Finacle (Core/Integrator/FSL) or TCS BaNCS.
- Proficiency with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), RESTful APIs, Web Services, WebLogic/WebSphere, and API Gateway integration.
- Proven track record in legacy data mapping, ETL scripting, PL/SQL data validation, and automated reconciliation techniques.
- Strong functional foundation in retail and commercial banking products (CASA, Lending, Payments, Accounting).
