Core Banking Testing Support Officer - 6 Months Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented Core Banking Testing Support Officer to support the implementation and enhancement of a Core Banking System. The successful candidate will assist with testing activities, defect tracking, user support, data validation, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other testing activities.
• Execute test cases and document test results.
• Identify, log, track, and support the resolution of system defects.
• Coordinate with business users and technical teams during testing cycles.
• Support data migration validation and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare testing reports and status updates.
• Maintain testing documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in training end users on system functionality and business processes.
• Provide support during system go-live and hypercare periods.
• Ensure issues are escalated and resolved within agreed timelines.
• Support process improvements and operational readiness activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in banking operations, banking systems, software testing, or project support.
• Experience supporting Core Banking System projects is highly preferred.
• Understanding of SIT, UAT, defect management, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
