Core Business Services - Talent - Experienced Hire Internship

We are now inviting full-time/ part-time interns to join our Experienced Hire Recruitment Team to provide end-to-end recruitment support.

• Play an integral role in the experienced hire recruitment journey, overseeing end-to-end coordination from job postings and candidate pre-screening to document collection and onboarding support
• Ensure accurate and well-organized maintenance of applicants’ personnel files, supporting a smooth and compliant hiring process
• Partner closely with recruiters to proactively source and engage high-quality candidates for experienced hire roles
• Track, analyze, and regularly update recruitment reports to support hiring progress and decision-making
• Take on ad hoc projects and tasks to support the recruitment team as needed

Requirements:

• Current undergraduates in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Good command of both spoken/ written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel
• Willing to learn, detailed-minded and organized
• Able to work as part-time for at least 2-3 days per week or full-time
