Core Developer

I'm seeking strong C++ Software Engineers with 3–5 years of experience to join a quant hedge fund. No prior finance or trading experience is required

• open to strong engineers from technology, infrastructure, distributed systems, databases, networking, gaming, or other performance-sensitive environments who are interested in moving into quantitative trading.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain production equity and futures trading systems
• Own the reliability and stability of live production trading environments
• Investigate and resolve production issues during trading hours
• Optimize trading and order execution systems across compute, storage, networking, and hardware
• Build engineering tools and improve system performance, reliability, and availability

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on C++ development skills
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade systems
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Strong interest in quantitative trading and high-performance systems
