Core Hygiene Service Technician

About the role:
In this full-time permanent role based in Auckland, you will work Monday to Friday and report directly to the Operations Manager. As a Core Hygiene Service Technician, you will visit customer sites, providing top notch service and support.  You'll be on the road, installing and servicing equipment in washroom consumables, including dispensers, feminine hygiene bins, air fresheners, and more. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining washroom facilities to a high standard, using a specialised system of cleaning products.

Your responsibilities will include:

·         Install new equipment and maintain existing to a high standard

·         Replenish consumables as well as clean, and sanitise equipment

·         Perform chemical checks as required for individual customer sites

·         Produce timely and detailed service reports while maintaining accurate records

·         Upsell and cross selling service and products to customers

·         Respond to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

·         Undertake general duties, driving specified company vehicles to transport and deliver equipment or materials

About you:

·         You will have experience working in a field role and you’re competent with tools and installing equipment. Perhaps you are already in the hygiene industry, or in a servicing role.

·         You are an energetic and reliable person with a positive and can-do attitude and able to work safely and efficiently without supervision.

·         This is a customer-facing role, so you must also have superb communication and customer service skills and the ability to upsell and cross sell other products to your customers.

·         You are a practical self-starter who is confident to proactively offer solutions within your work and to the customer including diagnosing errors or technical problems and able to determine proper solutions.

·         You will hold a current full NZ Driver's Licence.
