Core Network Technical Support Expert

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & SERVICE

1. Manage Core projects engineering implementation, operation and maintenance service in of Eastern Europe Engineering Service Office II. Mainly responsible to handle tasks such as project delivery planning, network design, site survey, hardware installation supervision, software installation and commissioning, integration and testing, migration and baby-sitting, project document delivery, network inspection, performance monitoring and optimization, problem solving, customer technical inquiry support, software update and upgrade, hardware maintenance support, system emergency recovery, etc.
2. Support related products inside of Core network, for example virtual cloud platform, TECS, MANO, CEPH, Routers and Switches, CS, PS, LIG, HLR, IMS, UDC, ENUM, AAA, 5GC, i5GC, Big-Data, etc.
3. Control project implementation including progress, cost, quality. Escalate issues & risks if necessary.
4. Interface with customer team leader with regular reporting, manage customer satisfaction.
5. Organize technical workshop, training and guidance for customers and partners.
6. Share working experience during work, for example technical solution, technical cases, guidance documents.
7. Fully comply with company compliance rules and process regulation.
8. Trace customer requirements, cooperate with sales team during bidding phase and develop business opportunity.

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE

1. Advanced knowledge of Core mobile network products, solution, implementation and services
2. PS, 5GC, IMS knowledge is preferred
3. Virtual cloud platform and data network knowledge is preferred
4. Mobile Core network implementation or O&M experience is preferred
