What you will do:

• Answers phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; handles customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in telephone and facsimile services, hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Utilizes and ensures the proper working condition of the telephone switchboard, the hotel computer systems (e.g. Hotsos, Chat platform), and facsimile machines.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Monitors and responds to hotel fire control panels and emergency and safety situations efficiently and professionally.
• Accepts and delivers wake-up calls, messages, and facsimiles in a timely manner.
• Performs installation and repairs of telephone and facsimile in the guest room or public area meeting space.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to set up telephone lines for hotel events and conferences.
• Overnight Shift is a MUST.

What you bring:

• Minimum 1 year of hotel  experience, preferably in luxurious hotel
• Professional, positive and confident
• Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Able to work on shifts including weekends & holidays
• Willing to work in overnight shift is highly preferable
