Location: Chandigarh University, Mohali,(Gharuan) Punjab

Chandigarh University is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Core Operations professional to join our team.

Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in reputed KPO/BPO industries
  • Candidates must have worked in roles such as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager Operations
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Excellent hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, including:
• VLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• Conditional Formatting
• Percentage calculations
• Average and other Excel formulas/functions
  • Strong Manpower Planning and workforce management skills
  • Excellent ability to analyze and solve Operations-based IQ/logic questions
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operational requirements effectively
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic and target-oriented environment
  • Maximum Age Limit: 45 years

Working Hours:

8:45 AM to 6:00 PM

Flexibility: Candidate must be flexible to extend working hours by approximately 2 hours, once a week, as per operational requirements.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
