Design and optimize end to end 4G core and IMS architectures, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and compliance with 3GPP standards.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency )

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Deep expertise in 4G core and IMS architecture, including VoLTE, WIFI and 3GPP standards compliance

Good-to-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

5G core evolution, cloud native deployments and multi- vendor network integration.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Design, develop and optimize 4G core and IMS network architecture aligned with 3GPP standards.

Development and testing of 3GPP LTE EPC Core / 5G NSA Core layers, protocols, and access point

Oversee end to -end design and development of network management platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and integration with existing IT ecosystems

Lead a team of developers and engineers to implement advanced automation, monitoring, and analytics solutions that enhance network performance, fault detection and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (IT operations, security, and product teams) to define network management strategies. Prioritize feature development and ensure timely delivery of high- quality solutions
