Job Title: Corporate Accountant

Position Overview

As a Corporate Accountant, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial health by preparing journal entries, reconciling ledger accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. You will report directly to the Controller and collaborate across departments to ensure financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Month-End Close: Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and analyze variances.

Project Accounting: Complete work in process project reconciliations and support project managers to close out projects.

Accounts Payable: Assist with AP functions as needed.

Compliance & Audit: Support external audit processes by preparing year end account reconciliations and pulling requested documentation.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and improve internal controls.

Other: Assist with other accounting projects/reporting as needed

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of accounting experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs, ect).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent written/verbal communication, and high attention to detail.
