What they need


Context

This role supports Corporate Actions teams within a global custody environment, focusing on monitoring and managing voluntary and mandatory corporate actions such as dividends and mergers. The position involves ensuring accurate execution of transactions, maintaining data integrity, and liaising with operational services and clients. The role also contributes to service improvement projects and handles client requests related to corporate actions and income payments.

Missions

  • Monitor transactions in voluntary and mandatory Corporate Actions events, including dividends, mergers, etc., ensuring their proper execution.
  • Update and monitor data on manual instructions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records for verification by Risk control and audit.
  • Liaise with HUB’s operational services on customer request issues.
  • Participate in various projects to improve service quality.
  • Investigate and resolve client requests related to mandatory and voluntary Corporate Actions and Income Payments.
  • Monitor client requests to anticipate changes in service delivery with the goal of continuous improvement.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement in internal organization to optimize production and service delivery.
  • Work directly with hierarchy to report problems, escalations, or client requests outside the scope of service delivery.
  • Request opening of proxy voting accounts for clients.
  • Maintain relationships with securities lending services (Agency Lending + main) to improve flows.
  • Monitor migrations, including ins, outs, and mergers.
  • Respond to documentation requests from clients and tax advisors.
  • Address issues with internal operating centers (IOC) in specific logs to enhance service quality.

  • Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Financial applications and PC software relevant to investment fund and securities market activities

Working Conditions

  • Backfill position to support Corporate Actions teams following an HR move until activity transfer is completed
  • Requires fluency in French and English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Global Custody activities within the investment fund industry
  • Strong knowledge of investment funds industry norms, processes, and securities market standards

  1. Available to work 5 days onsite at Luxembourg

  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Global Custody activities

  3. Proven track record within the investment fund industry

  4. In-depth knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market

  5. Good knowledge of PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and financial skills

  6. Proficiency in French and English
