Project Manager Custody - 1 Year Contract

Context

This is a 1-year mission starting immediately or on 15/04, requiring approximately 10 years of experience. The role involves participation in the implementation of a client onboarding project within Global Custody (GC).

Missions

• Participate in the Global Custody (GC) implementation of the client onboarding project.
• Organize or participate in regular project conference calls/meetings with clients and external/internal stakeholders involved in the project.
• Ensure that all actions and logs are followed up and kept up to date, providing regular feedback to Banking Services management.
• Carry out a detailed gap analysis of client requirements to design the operating model in line with the target operating model, exploring solutions with the business change management team for any deviations.
• Manage the review of the GC Operating Memorandum and other operational documentation with clients (FX, Corporate actions, etc.).
• Develop a close working and structured relationship with the GC Luxembourg teams to ensure operational setups and flows are in place and correct, enabling a seamless transition to ‘business as usual’ mode and mitigating any underlying risks.
• Work closely with other members of the project and operational teams (Business Implementation, Banking operations, Hub services in Lisbon and Chennai, Network teams), ensuring transversal subjects, setups, and dependencies are addressed.
• Ensure that all actions and logs are followed up and up to date, providing regular feedback to Banking Services management.

Aim

• Participate in the Global Custody (GC) implementation of the client onboarding project.
• Ensure that the project is well followed up and delivered on time.

Tools & Environment

• Business: Proven track record within the investment fund industry with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Global Custody activities.
• Norms & Process: In-depth knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market.
• Technical: Mastery of Excel and change management.
• Functional: Good knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial applications (Bloomberg, etc.).
• Languages: French, English, German.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Custody activities within the investment fund industry
2. In-depth knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market
3. Master Excel and Change management skills
