KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, file, and monitor small claims cases and related documentation.
• Consolidate and track corporate concerns raised by the Admin Department and other departments.
• Endorse concerns to the appropriate person or party for proper action.
• Coordinate with external counsel regarding cases, corporate concerns, requirements, and updates.
• Monitor the progress, actions taken, and resolutions of corporate concerns.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of cases, communications, documents, and resolutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Admin Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong follow-up and monitoring skills.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive corporate information.
• Good judgment in identifying concerns requiring endorsement or escalation.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
