This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply, showcase and refine your storytelling, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills, supporting impactful communication initiatives across 22 Asia-Pacific markets. You’ll gain hands-on experience in internal and external communications, content strategy, and stakeholder engagement — working closely with our Graphic Design Intern to bring stories to life — all within a vibrant, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Ideation & Strategy
- Lead the content ideation process for internal and external communications, shaping stories for our regional platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region to uncover and share impactful stories.
- Own and manage the content calendar, working closely with the Graphic Design Intern to ensure a strong, consistent pipeline of content for our social channels.
- Draft clear, concise, and compelling copy for various digital platforms, maintaining a consistent corporate brand voice.
- Use AI tools to support content ideation, drafting, and research, improving speed and quality of output.
Internal Engagement & Coordination
- Coordinate and execute internal communication campaigns and activities to foster engagement within the regional office.
- Support awareness initiatives that contribute to a connected and informed workplace culture.
- Partner with the Graphic Design Intern and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end campaigns, from concept to execution.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across our 22 Asia-Pacific markets to source and share stories.
- Liaise with regional and global communications teams to ensure alignment of messaging and communication goals.
As a Corporate Affairs intern, you will also receive exposure to public affairs and sustainability as part of our multidisciplinary team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- A creative storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey brand messages effectively.
- A solid understanding of internal and external communications principles and best practices.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a content calendar and coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- AI-savvy, with an interest in using AI tools to support content development and communications planning.
- Analytical and curious, with an interest in data-informed communication strategies.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in communications, media studies, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong English writing and editing skills required due to the nature of regional communications responsibilities
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms is a plus.
