Corporate M&A Analyst - Philadelphia, PA (onsite) $100K - $110K + Bonus

International organization investing in future infrastructure. Expanding U.S. business developing large-scale assets, with significant growth and investment planned over the next several years. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of project finance, investment banking, and M&A.

Working with finance leadership, play an important role in financial modeling, M&A analysis, debt financing and due diligence. Collaborate with banks, investors and internal teams to finance new projects and manage investments.

Responsibilities: Corporate M&A Analyst

• Build financial models, evaluate investments, returns, and potential scenarios.
• Support M&A analysis and debt financing,
• Coordinate due diligence, and closing activities with colleagues and partners.
• Analyze cash flows, investor returns, and financial risks.
• Work with banks, investors, legal counsel, and senior finance leadership throughout the transaction process.
• Monitor existing financing arrangements and support ongoing reporting and compliance requirements.

Requirements: Corporate M&A Analyst

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, project finance, M&A.
• Strong financial modeling skills, experienced Excel.
• Experience financial due diligence, valuation, or financial transactions.
