Corporate & Administrative Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Corporate & Administrative Operations, coordinate workflows, and support process improvement.
• Coordinate Finance, Contracts, Procurement, and Vendor processes and related documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Apply digital tools, automation, and AI to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Manage workplace, office facilities, vendors, and corporate image to maintain a professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality Only
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Administration or Business Operations.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good coordination, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of Invoice, Billing, WHT, PR, PO, and GR.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and English.
• Experience in Technology, IT, SaaS, or Consulting companies will be an advantage.
