Corporate Associate Attorney | Philadelphia

LHH is partnering with a national law firm in Philadelphia seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing transactional practice.

This attorney will work on a broad range of sophisticated transactions, including:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Financing transactions
• Joint ventures
• Management and franchise agreements
• Commercial contracts and related business transactions

Requirements

• 2+ years of corporate and/or transactional experience
• Experience with M&A, commercial real estate, financing, or general corporate matters preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills
• Pennsylvania bar admission or ability to waive in
