Corporate Associate

Corporate Associate | Boston, MA

Our reputable firm client is seeking a qualified Associate to join its litigation practice in Boston. The ideal candidate will have between 3 and 6 years of law firm experience with ECVC and/or M&A matters ; experience with corporate governance matters and securities law compliance is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 – $260,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)
• Admission to the Massachusetts bar or ability to become admitted is required
• Between 3 and 6 years of law firm experience with Venture Capital or M&A focus
• Corporate governance or securities law experience is preferred
