Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year

A bit about us: Am200 Law Firm seeks to add a Mid-Level Corporate Associate to their growing team! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with M&A transactions. Having a background with securities law, tech, and fund formation is a huge PLUS!

Job Details Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in New York
• 3-5 years of M&A Transactional experience
• Experience with private equity and other equity investments (JV, Corporate Governance, Licensing, Partnership issues)
• Experience/knowledge of securities law, tech, and/fund formation are a PLUS!
