Vacancy: Corporate Associate – Private Equity Experience: 3–5 years

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in investment management and private fund formation.
• Significant experience drafting fund documentation (PPMs, LPAs, subscription agreements, side letters, etc.).
• Exposure to investment adviser regulatory issues under the Advisers Act.
• Experience with family offices, institutional investors, and/or fund sponsors a plus.
• Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.

The role involves representing fund sponsors, investment advisers, family offices, and institutional investors on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters.

You Will Work On

• Formation and structuring of private equity and venture capital funds
• Fund investment and regulatory advisory work
• Strategic joint ventures, private financings, and M&A
• Negotiation of investment management and sub-advisory agreements
• Advising on compliance and disclosure obligations
