CORPORATE BANKING ASSOCIATE

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to Relationship Managers in client relationship management, transaction execution, and key business initiatives
• Prepare credit proposals, conduct regular credit review, and handle credit documents
• Evaluate customers' financial condition and collateral
• Handle corporate account opening, account review, deposit service, and transactions
• Perform KYC/AML related work, deal execution and manage transaction documentation
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

About you

• Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline
• Ability to interpret and comprehend financial statements and deliver sound credit analysis
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and a good team player
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1-3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry or auditing firms is an advantage

工作職責與責任

·         協助客戶經理進行客戶關係管理、交易執行及業務推動。

• 撰寫授信審查報告、進行定期信貸覆核，並處理相關信貸文件。
• 評估客戶之財務狀況與抵押品價值。
• 處理企業開戶、帳戶覆核、存款服務及各類交易事宜。
• 執行KYC及反洗錢相關工作、推進交易執行並管理交易文件。
• 處理其他主管交辦之交辦事項。

入職條件

• 具備金融、會計、商學、工商管理或相關學科之學士或以上學位。
• 具備解讀與分析財務報表之能力，並能提供穩健的信貸分析意見。
• 精通 MS Office 應用軟體（Word, Excel）及中文打字。
• 具備良好的中英文（含普通話）口頭及書面溝通能力。
• 具備優良的分析能力、工作主動積極，且具備良好團隊合作精神。
• 歡迎應屆畢業生應徵；具 1 至 3 年銀行業或會計師事務所相關工作經驗者優先考慮。
