Job Location: Kinshasa & Lubumbashi, DRC

Corporate Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop institutional and corporate sales.
• Target NGOs, government offices, banking institutions, and other large organizations.
• Handle BOQ discussions and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare product configurations and commercial proposals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage mining-sector clients.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

2. Candidate Requirements

• Total Experience: Minimum 10 years.
• Relevant Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in the ICT domain.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for both positions.
• Candidates should have strong sales/business development experience relevant to the respective position.

3. Location & Training

• Candidates will initially be based in Kinshasa for training and initial onboarding.
• After a certain period, selected candidates will be relocated to Lubumbashi based on business requirements.
