Corporate Cafeteria Chef

About the role

Join Alfresco Delight Sdn. Bhd. and work in a professional MNC factory cafeteria environment. You will prepare quality meals for 300–400 people per serving, handle large-volume cooking efficiently and consistently, and work closely with a kitchen team of 20–35 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quality meals for 300–400 people per serving
• Handle large-volume cooking efficiently and consistently
• Work closely with a kitchen team of 20–35 employees
• Act quickly during busy meal periods
• Maintain excellent food quality, taste and presentation
• Follow strict hygiene, food-safety and cleaning procedures
• Work confidently in a Halal-certified kitchen
• Control food portions, minimise wastage and ensure sufficient food
• Follow kitchen SOPs and professional workplace standards

About you

• Has strong practical cooking skills
• Has experience in factory cafeterias, hotels, central kitchens, catering or large-scale food production
• Can remain calm and organised under pressure
• Is disciplined, responsible and hygienic
• Works well with others and follows instructions
• Understands large-volume food preparation and serving deadlines
