Duties

• Set up buffet stations with fresh food items, ensuring presentation meets quality standards and safety regulations
• Serve guests professionally, offering menu guidance and attentive guest relations to enhance their experience
• Transport catering supplies, equipment, and food items safely to locations using company vehicles, adhering to all safety protocols
• Maintain a spotless buffet line throughout serve timelines an replenish food in a efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with the regular employees at locations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or catering environment is highly preferred
• Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Experience with banquet or fine dining service is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe transportation duties
• Familiarity with food handling procedures, serving techniques and Maricopa County Food Card
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude in fast-paced settings
• Ability to lift heavy equipment regularly and stand for extended periods
