Dives Holding is looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Chef to join our team in Dubai and provide culinary leadership across our growing portfolio of restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening and opening support for new projects.
• Conduct regular Culinary/BOH audits across existing outlets.
• Develop and improve menus and recipes in line with brand standards.
• Ensure recipe standardization and accurate food costing.
• Monitor food quality, portion control and wastage.
• Develop, implement and maintain Kitchen SOPs and operational standards.
• Assess Head Chefs and culinary teams, providing coaching and training where required.
• Review kitchen layouts, workflow and equipment requirements for new projects.
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure audit findings are properly addressed.
• Travel internationally when required to support and oversee our outlets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Corporate Chef / Group Chef / Executive Chef within a multi-outlet restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of menu development, food costing, kitchen operations and culinary standards preferrable with Turkish cuisine.
• Excellent leadership, training and team development skills.
• Strong understanding of BOH audits, SOP implementation and operational controls.
• Experience with pre-opening and restaurant openings.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
