What they need
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in business process, continuous improvement, internal audit, or PDCA-related roles. (FFresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Solid understanding of PDCA concepts, KPI, SOP, and project improvement tools (e.g., Lean, basic Six Sigma, 5W1H, Fishbone Diagram).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
Able to develop flowcharts and conduct process analysis.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across functions or business units.
Disciplined, detail-oriented, and proactive.
