Job highlights

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

• Create compelling content including employee spotlights, project highlights, leadership communications, and success stories.
• Manage internal communication channels such as Microsoft Teams, newsletters, town halls, and company-wide updates.
• Partner with leadership, HR, and business teams to promote organizational priorities and achievements.
• Drive programs that strengthen collaboration and cultural alignment between India and U.S. teams.
• Support employee events, recognition programs, leadership visits, offsites, and engagement activities.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and identify innovative communication formats to improve employee participation and awareness.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, Marketing, or related areas.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and digital communication tools.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a consulting, technology, or professional services environment is preferred.
