Role Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive to support the day-to-day execution of internal and external communication initiatives. The role will assist in coordinating with internal teams, managing external communication partners, and ensuring timely delivery of communication activities while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Support the execution of internal and external communication initiatives across the organization.

2. Engage with business functions to understand their communication requirements and support their communication needs.

3. Coordinate with business teams for content collection and timely follow-ups.

4. Manage the LinkedIn & other social media content calendar and publishing schedule.

5. Coordinate with external design and social media agencies to ensure timely delivery of creatives, campaigns and social media requirements.

6. Research relevant national and international awards and assist in preparing award submissions.

7. Coordinate with business teams to collect information and supporting data required for award nominations.

8. Maintain complete documentation of communication activities, awards, campaigns and monthly communication reports.

9. Capture and document key internal events and initiatives for communication and branding purposes.

10. Maintain communication repositories, content libraries and branding assets.

11. Coordinate with HR, IT, Operations, Leadership and Business teams to ensure smooth execution of communication initiatives.

12. Ensure all communication materials adhere to the organization's brand guidelines and communication standards.

Technical Competencies :

Corporate Communication : Expertise in managing and executing internal and external communication strategies to enhance brand image and stakeholder engagement.

Content Management Systems (CMS) : Proficiency in using CMS platforms to create, manage, and optimize digital content efficiently.

Cross-Functional Coordination : Ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive communication efforts and project success.

Stakeholder Management : Skill in engaging and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to align communication strategies with business goals.

Social Media Management : Experience in planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to boost brand presence.

Brand Management : Capability to develop and maintain a strong brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation.

Compliance : Ensuring all communication materials adhere to legal and regulatory standards and organizational guidelines.
