Corporate Communications Executive

Job functions:

• Assist in planning and implementing corporate communications strategies
• Support the production of multi-media communications materials, including videos, brochures, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Serve as the key contact to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Vietnam.
• Assist in event coordination for annual dinners and other corporate / CSR events.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual reports / ESG reports.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Creative Media, or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, or public relations within a sizable organization.
• Proficiency in design and multimedia editing tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.)
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills, high self-motivation, and the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Fresh graduates with a relevant academic background are highly welcome.
