About the role

This role involves creating and disseminating news, announcements, articles, and public relations materials through various company channels, as well as producing and designing content for both online and offline media.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish news, announcements, articles, and public relations materials through various company channels
• Produce and design content and public relations materials for online and offline company media
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and present company news, activities, and developments accurately and appropriately
• Maintain company image and identity in accordance with established standards
• Organize press conferences and public relations events in line with company policy
• Manage and build relationships with media and marketing influencers to promote brand and company image
• Analyze and report on issues that may impact company image and reputation, and notify management or relevant departments promptly
• Prepare performance reports and present them to supervisors

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in public relations
• News writing and content production skills
• Experience in Event, Exhibition, Media, Advertising, or Agency business is considered a plus
