Corporate Compliance Manager

Job Accountabilities

• Work alongside clients and internal stakeholders to build, roll out and maintain social compliance and supply chain risk management systems.
• Engage with corporate headquarters, department leads and overseas branches for operational coordination, to uphold consistent high standards in audit execution and reporting.
• Offer professional guidance to audit teams covering compliance assessment methodologies, evaluation benchmarks and report quality oversight.
• Take charge of daily operations and lead ad-hoc special projects as assigned.
• Present audit findings and compliance evaluation results to clients, manufacturing sites and Omega’s global offices.
• Carry out on-site social compliance and supply chain security audits when required.
• Pinpoint compliance risks, propose practical mitigation measures, and collaborate closely with clients and factories to develop robust corrective action plans.
• Monitor overall audit quality, champion continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to internal protocols as well as client requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Candidates with extensive relevant industry expertise may be considered even without the required academic qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of factory audit experience at supervisory level. Applicants with less relevant experience can be considered for Compliance Supervisor / Officer openings.
• Proven hands-on track record in social compliance audits, audit management and report quality assurance.
• Strong familiarity with third-party audit and certification frameworks including BSCI, SA8000, SMETA, WRAP, ICTI and SCAN.
• Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, complemented by strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Competent in using the Microsoft Office suite.
