Corporate Concierge

We are looking for a Corporate Concierge to bring a world-class hospitality experience into a corporate setting, ensuring every client, guest, and stakeholder feels welcomed, supported, and valued from the moment they arrive.

As the face of our newly established office, you will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless, high-end customer experience across reception, meeting spaces, events, and shared environments. This is a hands-on, highly visible role where your ability to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences will set the standard for our workplace.

What will your day look like?

• Providing a warm, professional, and polished welcome to all clients, guests, and visitors.
• Delivering a 5-star, end-to-end experience from arrival through to departure.
• Managing reception, meeting rooms, and shared spaces to the highest presentation and service standards.
• Supporting meetings, events, and functions, including coordinating food and beverage service.
• Anticipating client and stakeholder needs, proactively providing personalised support and VIP-level service.
• Coordinating bookings, managing enquiries, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment.
• Maintaining immaculate, organised, and presentation-ready spaces at all times.
• Building positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and external service providers to ensure a consistently premium experience.
• Acting as a trusted first point of contact, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a calm, professional approach.

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in hospitality, concierge services, front office operations, luxury hotels, airlines, premium customer service, or similar high-touch environments.
• Experience engaging with senior executives, VIP guests, and high-profile stakeholders.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, detail-oriented service.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
• A polished, professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach and commitment to maintaining a premium customer experience.

What we offer

• Competitive hourly rate of $26 - $35 per hour, depending on experience.
• Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.
