Corporate Concierge

The Role The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, a proactive and service-focused approach, and take pride in creating a welcoming, well-presented environment, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our front of house, office facilities, and events for both employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting office visitors and ensuring a warm, professional first impression.
• Maintaining the presentation of the Front of House area and all meeting rooms throughout the day.
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
• Overseeing staff kitchen upkeep, including cleanliness, organisation, and general tidiness.
• Supporting event coordination (setting up & packing up) and arranging office catering as required.
• Coordinating onsite staff and client events, from planning and scheduling through to event-day delivery.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, caterers and suppliers to coordinate event requirements, including room set-up, catering and audiovisual needs.
• Ensuring event spaces are professionally presented and coordinating pre-event set-up and post-event pack-down.
• Administering security passes, booking couriers, and handling daily mail operations.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front of house role (essential).
• Experience working within a corporate, professional services or fast-paced office environment.
• Basic troubleshooting capability across IT hardware including AV, Wi-Fi, mobile devices and office equipment.
• Experience supporting office operations such as meeting room coordination, kitchen upkeep, events and catering.
• Intermediate skill in MS Office packages.
