Corporate Concierge Executive

We are seeking a professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Corporate Concierge Executive. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, delivering excellent concierge and front desk services in a professional corporate environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to tenants, guests, and visitors professionally
• Handle front desk reception and concierge duties
• Manage visitor registration, enquiries, and tenant requests
• Coordinate with building management and service teams
• Ensure reception area maintains a professional and welcoming appearance
• Always deliver excellent customer service experience

Requirements

• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused
• Experience in receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
