The Role
We are seeking a Corporate Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is passionate about providing expert legal guidance to support corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate and commercial law matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Provide strategic legal insights to support business expansion and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver seamless client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; additional certifications or postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
