Position: Corporate Consultant

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

Annual Gross Salary Range :  €19,500 - €26,000

Final salary will depend on qualifications, skills, and experience, in line with our transparent pay structure.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Consultant to join our Corporate Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for corporate administration, company formations, compliance matters, and providing ongoing support to a portfolio of international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company incorporations and ongoing corporate administration.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings and corporate documents.
• Maintain corporate records, registers, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct AML/KYC due diligence procedures.
• Assist with bank account openings and corporate changes.
• Liaise with clients, banks, regulators, and external service providers.
• Attend client meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
• Support the team with corporate, administrative, and compliance-related matters.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Corporate Administration, Corporate Services, Fiduciary Services, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and corporate compliance.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
